A Step-by-Step Process Flow for LUMS Applicants
1. Choose Your Degree
2. Know the Important Dates
Stay informed by reviewing the Important Dates for your selected Programme. Mark them on your calendar to ensure you meet all deadlines and stay on track throughout the application process.
3. Take the Admission Test
Review the test schedule and ensure you register for the Admission Test on time. Prepare well to give yourself the best chance for success.
4. Apply Online
Refer to the LUMS Online Admission Portal to complete your application for Fall 2025 Admissions. Ensure you submit your application on or before the deadline.
5. Submit your Admission Documents
Once your online application is successfully submitted, upload the scanned copies of all required supporting documents as shown in Document Checklist via the LUMS Online Portal on or before the specified deadline.
6. Pay the Processing Fee (if applicable)
After submitting your online application, download the fee voucher from the LUMS Online Admissions Portal. Ensure that you submit the Application Processing/Test Fee payment on or before the due date to complete your application.
7. Online Submission of Financial Aid Application (if applicable)
Only applicants who have indicated their intention to apply for LUMS Financial Aid (through the Online Admission Application Form), submitted their admission application, and paid the required application processing fee by the deadline will be granted access to the Financial Aid application.
The Financial Aid application tab will be visible on the online admission portal starting February 07, 2025, once these requirements are met. Applicants must submit their complete Financial Aid application, along with all necessary supporting documents, by the stipulated deadline.
Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for financial aid assessment for the 2025-26 academic year.
8. Online Submission of the Teacher’s Evaluations/Letters of Recommendation
Once your application is successfully submitted, your referees should submit the Teacher’s Evaluations/Letters of Recommendation (if applicable) through the LUMS Online Admissions Portal on or before the specified due date.
9. Wait for the Admission Decision
Your application will be evaluated once the following steps are successfully completed by the stipulated deadlines:
- Online Admission Application submission;
- Online submission of scanned copies of required supporting documents;
- Submission of the appropriate Application Processing and Test Fee (if applicable);
- Online Submission of Financial Aid Application (if applicable); and
- Online Submission of the Teacher's Evaluations/Letters of Recommendation (if applicable).
Once you complete all the steps, the Admissions Office will begin processing your application. You will be notified about your admission decision accordingly. Make sure to check your email and the LUMS Online Admissions Portal regularly for updates.
